Having lived in Tokyo for nearly 20 years, Philip Arneill is an educator, photographer and actor. He is the man behind the camera of the Tokyo Jazz Joints documentary project (tokyojazzjoints.com) and used to DJ regularly in the Tokyo swing and Lindy-hop scene. He now lives in Dublin, Ireland.
